IN PICTURES: Three cheers for Oatlands Fest 2017
The seventh edition of the ever-popular event was sponsored by businesses from across the district, and welcomed four musical acts, performing over two nights.
The festival aims to raise much-needed funds for classroom resources at Oatlands Infant School.

Hide AdLyndsay Snodgrass of Oatlands Infant School PTA said: “It was a really good weekend.
“Everyone seemed to have a good time.
“This was our seventh year, and the event seems to attract a new crowd each time.”
Lyndsay said she was delighted that people from across the district and beyond were keen to support the event.
She said: “People from all over the community come along and that is great to see.”

Hide AdLyndsay will step down this year as her children move on from the school, but said plans are already underway for next year’s event.
She said: “I am certain the new parents will take it and run with it.
“The event has grown over the years, and we are expecting great things!”
Organisers are counting up donations, and will provide an update when the tiotal is reached.
